the thing is that my agent worked several times before and it converted correctly a bmp file into a jpeg file on my local disk.
but now, it's like the java agent was not executed, but i don't know why (i haven't seen any information in log.nsf)
for information, in domino designer, when i click on 'Edit Project' to see the organization of the java agent files and when i click on refresh all, all the java classes and 'jar' files included in my agent appears in red however the agent compile is ok
